It all begins with brothers Bob and Dick La Cerra in 1975. Making music together was a family affair which found the La Cerra’s in a rock band known as RAGE. Rocking Central PA in the late ‘70s, RAGE entertained many during its tenure.

Fast forward about 40 years and there are a few outsiders who’ve joined the La Cerra music machine. This is the origin of our name, OutRAGE; because it’s out of the original RAGE we were formed.
